VEGETARIAN TACOS IN 10 STEPS!

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag of Boca brand or any one of your favorite
vegetarian "ground beef."

1 bag of lettuce

1 container of grape tomatoes

1/2 of an onion

1 bag of shredded cheese

1 cup of salsa (preferably mild)

1 cup of diced green and red peppers

1 bag of taco shells/tortilla chips (preferably lighty salted)

PREPARATION:

1. Heat (medium) a skillet with olive oil.

2. Place "ground beef"in skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.

3. Remove and place on a plate.

4. Crush taco shells/tortilla chips over "ground beef".

5.Wash grape tomatoes and slice in 3rds. Sprinkle over crushed taco
shells/crushed chips.

6.Wash lettuce (if not already washed) and sprinkle on taco salad.

7. Wash and peel onion and dice.

8. Place cheese on top, and microwave for aproximately 15 seconds.

9. Pour salsa and peppers on top.

10. Enjoy!!!
