CHILI SESAME VEGGIE NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

1 16 oz. Bag Frozen Edamame//GreenBean and Mushroom mix (or any frozen vegetables)

1 package Traditional Udon Noodles (or Soba or Ramen-pick your favorite)

2 Tblspoons Sesame Oi

2 Tblspoons Chili Sesame Oil

3 quarts of water

Sea salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

PREPARATION

Boil water.  Add noodles AND veggies and cook until tender (4-5 minutes).  Drain.
Heat Sesame Oil in wok or saucepan.
Add noodles and veggies and chili sesame oil and saute until completely heated through.
Add sea salt/pepper/seasonings to taste.

A very quick and satisfying supper!!!
