INGREDIENTS:
1 to 2 Avocados*
, diced
1 head of Romaine
Lettuce (torn)
1 to 2 Tomatoes*
, diced
1 cucumber, diced fine
1 Portabella Mushroom, diced*
1 Sweet Onion, diced fine
1 bottle Greek Vinaigrette
Parmesan Cheese*
Black Pepper*
Garlic Salt*
*(to taste)
PREPARATION:
Tear (don't
cut) the Romaine
lettuce. Rinse
your leaves in
a strainer under
cool water. Separately,
dice and combine
all of you vegetables. Add
parmesan cheese,
garlic salt,
and black pepper. Gently
stir, you don't
want to crush
or smush the
tender veggies.
Combine your lettuce and seasoned veggies. Add
the Greek Vinaigrette to the top. Optional: add
a little more parmesan.
