INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ C. canned or pre-cooked chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 4 T. lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 T. light soya sauce
- 1-2 T. light olive oil
- ½ C. tahini
- 1 teas. cumin seeds
- 1 T. fresh rosemary, chopped.
- ¼- ½ teas. cayenne pepper, to taste (opt. if you like it hot)
- ½ teas. Mrs. Dash Original Blend OR Spike Seasoning Blend
PREPARATION:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth but still a bit grainy. Adjust seasonings if required.
